The creation of technology must be carried out taking into account its social environment, especially in the case of emerging technologies to reduce risk. This work addresses mobile agents —a weakly implemented technology— to analyze their fit in sensitive data environments, specifically evaluating the legal aspect. The objective of the research is to achieve a legal-technical improvement of this technology in these environments.
