The ARTEMIS User Needs Survey was developed within Task 3.4 to better understand how cultural heritage professionals use digital technologies, what challenges they face, and what needs should guide the development of future services. The survey targeted a wide range of roles, from conservators and scientists to managers, educators, and digital specialists. It was open from the 4th May to 31st July 2025 and collected 343 responses from cultural heritage professionals across Europe.
