Developed as part of COST Action CA22166 “Safety in the Game Meat Chain” (SafeGameMeat), this volume presents the scientific contributions from the 2nd General Meeting, held on 09–10 June 2026 in Bucharest, Romania. The abstracts reflect the interdisciplinary scope of the network, addressing biological, chemical, regulatory, and socio-economic aspects of game meat safety, with particular attention to One Health, wildlife health, food safety, and sustainable game meat systems.
