DOI-resolved measurement-level physicochemical database of deep eutectic solvents reported during 2021–2026

Description

This dataset contains a curated DOI-resolved, measurement-level physicochemical database of deep eutectic solvents (DESs) reported during 2021–2026. The database was constructed from a Scopus title-search corpus using structured triage, DOI resolution, HBA/HBD harmonization, DES system standardization, duplicate management, quality control, and evidence tracking.

The deposited package includes the measurement-level database, DOI and REF_ID registries, canonical HBA and HBD registries, DES system registry, flagged-record table, REF evidence registry, reference DES rankings, manuscript tables, source data for figures, metadata files, schema documentation, data dictionary, citation file, and checksum manifest.

The database contains 89 DOI-resolved source studies, 496 unique DES systems, 64 canonical HBA identities, 124 canonical HBD identities, 234 HBA–HBD combinations, and 16,793 physicochemical measurement records covering density, viscosity, electrical conductivity, surface tension, refractive index, and melting point.

All measurement-level records are linked to source publications through internal REF_ID identifiers and DOI values. The dataset is intended to support traceable reuse, physicochemical analysis, DES comparison, reference-system selection, and future data-driven DES research.
