Abstract

            The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM) has significantly transformed organizational practices, improving efficiency and decision-making. This study examines the effectiveness of HRM in selected companies with a focus on AI automation. The research explores how AI-driven tools influence recruitment, employee performance, engagement, and retention. Using secondary data and literature review, the study finds that AI enhances HR effectiveness by automating repetitive tasks, reducing bias, and enabling data-driven decisions. However, challenges such as ethical concerns, lack of transparency, and reduced human interaction remain. The paper concludes that a balanced approach combining AI capabilities with human judgment is essential for sustainable HR effectiveness.
