A CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF THE IMPACT OF INTERMEDIATION SERVICES ON BANK PERFORMANCE AND ITS STATISTICAL RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Description

This paper develops a conceptual model explaining the impact of intermediation services on
bank performance and proposes a statistical research methodology for its empirical validation. The study
analyses direct and indirect relationships between service diversification, institutional determinants, and
efficiency indicators within a systematic framework. As a result, a multidimensional methodological basis for
assessing bank performance is established.
