The article examines the psychological and pedagogical factors that influence the development of professional motivation among students majoring in Pedagogy and Psychology. Professional motivation is interpreted as an integrated system of interests, values, self-efficacy, career goals and personal responsibility that determines a student’s readiness for future professional activity. The relevance of the study is connected with the rapid expansion of higher education, increasing expectations toward graduate employability and the growing need for psychologically resilient and socially responsible specialists. The research uses theoretical analysis, comparative review, modeling, diagnostic indicators and descriptive statistical interpretation.
