This article examines the methodology of proving legal judgments in BadoiĘż al-Sana’iĘż, one of the most authoritative works of Hanafi jurisprudence authored by the renowned jurist Abu Bakr al-Kasani (d. 587/1191). The study investigates the theoretical foundations and practical applications of evidentiary methods employed by al-Kasani in establishing legal rulings, highlighting the relationship between legal reasoning, textual evidence, and judicial certainty within the Hanafi legal tradition. Through a descriptive, analytical, and comparative approach, the research explores the principles governing the proof of judgments and the hierarchy of evidences utilized in the formulation of legal decisions.
