The rapid digital transformation of educational institutions has increased the need for efficient and secure document management systems. Traditional paper-based methods often suffer from issues such as document loss, limited accessibility, storage difficulties, and time-consuming retrieval processes. This project presents Campus Docs, a centralized digital platform designed to manage academic and administrative documents in a secure and organized manner. The system enables students, faculty members, and administrators to upload, store, categorize, search, retrieve, and share documents through a user-friendly interface. Secure authentication and role-based access control mechanisms ensure that sensitive information is accessible only to authorized users. The platform is developed using Flutter and Dart, with Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage providing secure cloud-based services for user management and document storage. The proposed system significantly improves document accessibility, reduces administrative workload, minimizes dependency on paper-based records, and enhances collaboration among users. Experimental evaluation demonstrates efficient document retrieval, secure access management, and improved organizational productivity. The Campus Docs platform provides a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solution that supports the digital transformation of modern educational institutions.
