This is a set of MATLAB files from the manuscript "Sex-specific immunocompetence: resistance and tolerance can both be futile but not under the same circumstances". This set contains codes to run model scenarios, scripts to produce figures, and additional files to generate parameter values, explore futility of the pleiotropy scenario, and define colour palettes.
Version 4 (from June 2026) includes updated code files to address a few errors in the original code. The updated code is used for the correction.
