Research This Aim for describe and analyze understanding, attitudes, and practices of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) teachers in Central Java in implement pedagogy justice social in learning. Besides that, research this also examines various challenges faced by teachers and strategies used in realize fair and inclusive learning. Pedagogy justice social viewed as approach important in create environment learning that values diversity, ensuring equality opportunities, as well as develop potential participant educate optimally in context education physical. Research This use approach qualitative with design descriptive. Subject study consists of on seven selected junior high school level physical education teachers in Central Java in a way purposive. Data collection techniques include interview in-depth and study documentation. Data obtained analyzed use technique analysis thematic based on framework Braun and Clarke's work. Data validity is maintained through triangulation techniques and sources, member checking, audit trail, and implementation credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability criteria. Research results show that PJOK teachers have sufficient understanding Good about draft pedagogy justice social, which is reflected in effort create inclusive learning, respect differences, as well as give chance equal learning to all over students. The teacher's attitude shows trend positive, such as empathetic, open, and responsive to need participant educate. In practice learning, teachers apply various strategies, including modification activity, formation group heterogeneous, administration bait come back constructive, and learning differentiated. However however, still there is constraint in the form of limitations means, quantity big students, as well as lack of training special. Therefore, that, is necessary strengthening teacher competence, support institutional and policy continuing education use realize fair, inclusive, and development - oriented PJOK learning character.
