Collaborative learning and interprofessional education are becoming essential pedagogical approaches in modern nursing education. The complexity of patient care, the growth of chronic diseases, digitalization of medical services and the need for patient safety require nurses to work not as isolated performers, but as active members of interprofessional teams. This article theoretically analyzes the role of collaborative learning and interprofessional education in nursing, focusing on their conceptual foundations, methodological principles, expected learning outcomes and relevance for medical technical schools and higher nursing education.
