APPLYING FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN IMPROVING BANKING SERVICES FOR THE POPULATION IN COMMERCIAL BANKS: THEORY AND PRACTICE

This thesis analyzes, using the IMRAD methodology, the priority directions for modernizing retail banking services in Uzbekistan’s commercial banks. The advanced banking systems of South Korea, Singapore, Finland, and the United Arab Emirates are examined through comparative analysis. Based on the research findings, a three-phase implementation model has been developed for Uzbekistan.
