The article examines the theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of strategic tourism development plans in territorial communities. The regulatory framework for strategic planning and the practice of implementing tourism strategies in Ukrainian communities, particularly in the Lviv region, are analyzed. A monitoring system structure is proposed, including analysis of the external environment, assessment of overall results, and tracking of the implementation of strategic directions and measures. The application of the Results-Based Management (RBM) approach is substantiated. A system of indicators is developed, and a mechanism for organizing monitoring is defined.
