Аннотация. В данной статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы занятости женщин в условиях цифровой экономики, анализируется их участие на рынке труда, а также влияние цифровых технологий на уровень занятости женщин. Особое внимание уделяется развитию цифровых навыков, расширению возможностей дистанционной занятости и обеспечению гендерного равенства. Результаты исследования показывают важность цифровой трансформации в повышении уровня занятости женщин.

Abstract. This article examines the key issues of women's employment in the context of the digital economy. It analyzes women's participation in the labor market and the impact of digital technologies on employment opportunities. Particular attention is given to the development of digital skills, the expansion of remote work opportunities, and the promotion of gender equality. The findings highlight the significant role of digital transformation in increasing women's employment and improving their economic participation.
