This thesis explores strategies to improve the motivation management system for professors and teachers during professional development (PD) processes. Recognizing the critical role of motivated educators in enhancing teaching quality and student outcomes, the study examines motivational theories, identifies key factors influencing motivation, and proposes a comprehensive framework for fostering intrinsic motivation and engagement in PD activities.
