This article analyzes the importance, opportunities and existing problems of using digital technologies in technology education. Modern information and communication technologies are highlighted as an important factor in increasing the efficiency of the educational process, organizing virtual laboratories, developing independent learning and establishing distance learning. The article also considers problems related to the technical base, digital competence of teachers and electronic resources, and provides suggestions and recommendations for their elimination.
