Diagnosis.
Pseudorostrum with 6 strong pairs of teeth dorsally, row of lateral teeth on long pseudorostral lobes, continuing laterally on carapace; double row of irregular teeth dorsomedially (missing in adult male). Antenna 1 long; adult without pleopods and antenna 2 flagellum reaching beyond pereion. Telson small. Uropod endopod bi-articulated (after Mühlenhardt-Siegel 2019).

Northwest Atlantic, Vema Transect, Puerto Rico Trench, 4552–5089 m depth.
