Holotype.
Egypt • ♀; Red Sea, 20 km south of Al Quseir, House reef North; 6 m depth; 27 March 1999; Volker Siegel & Ute Mühlenhardt-Siegel leg.; soft sandy sediment; ZMH - K- 039788.
Paratypes.

Diagnosis.
Carapace without lateral “ Bodotria - carina ”; eyes present. Uropod peduncle slightly longer than pleonite 6 and endopod; endopod two-segmented (after Mühlenhardt-Siegel 2000).
Distribution.
Red Sea, 6 m depth.
