There is a Radboud University Research Data Management (RDM) policy for the Radboud University which can also be found on the website. Each research institute additionally has a policy in which they expand upon the univeristy wide policy and specify guidelines for their research institute.
This template is meant to help research institutes create their research institute's research data and software management policy. The template is in line with the latest Radboud University RDM policy from 2026. As is described in the beginning of the template, the light blue font color indicate where decisions need to be made by the research institute itself. You will find a version of the template with comments to guide you and provide more insight and a clean version without.
While this template is designed for research institutes at Radboud University, other institutes are feel to adapt and use.
