Stress has become an inevitable part of modern life, significantly affecting individuals’ psychological wellbeing. The increasing prevalence of anxiety, depression, and burnout highlights the need for effective stress management techniques. This paper examines the role of stress management strategies such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, physical activity, cognitive restructuring, and social support in enhancing psychological wellbeing. The study reviews existing literature and empirical findings demonstrating that stress management interventions reduce psychological distress, improve emotional resilience, and promote overall mental health. The findings suggest that adopting a holistic approach to stress management is essential for sustainable psychological wellbeing.
